    It is formulated for dry skin, sensitive skin, redness-prone skin, itchy skin and eczema-prone skin.
    It can be used on both face and body where the skin needs extra comfort and barrier support.
    Yes. It is designed for morning and evening use on clean, damp skin.
    Yes. It is formulated with botanical hydrosols and aloe vera rather than plain water.
    It combines botanical oils, hydrosols and functional ingredients like MSM and pro-vitamin B5 to support hydration, barrier comfort and skin resilience rather than just surface moisture.

    Yes. It is formulated to support dry and compromised skin and is suitable for eczema-prone skin. It is not a medical treatment.

    Yes. It is designed to help comfort and calm visibly irritated skin.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING

    Yes. We ship throughout South Africa.

    Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location. However, once Courier Guy has the parcel it is out of our control.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

    Yes. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your package on Courier Guy’s website.

    Payment

    We accept secure online payments via PayFast and direct bank transfers.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

    Discontinue use immediately and contact us for guidance.
